Steve Bond
Steve served as the lead executive for Custom-Crete for 15 years (2002 - 2016), the largest and most successful volumetric producer in the industry, under both Oldcastle (CRH) and US Concrete ownership. With over 30 years of experience leading businesses in the concrete products space he has experience in market analytics, strategic planning, business planning, operational performance, mergers & acquisitions, building high performing teams along with sales and marketing training.
Jerry Gaubert
Jerry has 25 years of experience with Custom-Crete including four years (2016 - 2020) as the lead executive under US Concrete ownership. His experience includes all aspects of operations including mixer design and fabrication, facility construction, safety, concrete technology, quality control, general management, team building and sales. Jerry served on the executive board of the Texas Aggregates and Concrete Association (TACA) as well as Chairman of the Volumetric Mixer Manufacturer Bureau (VMMB) for 16 years.
